The usb driver flies after reboot

The problem is, the USB controller driver flies after restarting Windows 7. The problem I'm thinking is in the operating system or drivers. Drivers put family, can that advise, as soon as I put the driver, all usb devices work, but it's worth turning off or rebooting the computer, again flying off, you need to put it again. What can be done and how to solve the problem. Maybe someone else faced such a problem? I did not try to reinstall Windows, but for me this is an extreme case, I want to solve the problem without reinstalling, if it turns out of course.

The solution to the problem is as follows. I found it on one computer forum, a person also had such a problem, when the USB controller driver flashes, it reboots. That's what you need to do.

1. Go to the Registry Editor (Win + R → regedit → OK)

2. Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class \ {36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000} section.

3. In the found section, find and delete the registry settings for LowerFilters and UpperFilters

4. We reboot the PC and make sure that the usb controller is working in the normal mode
